小栗色兔子該上床睡覺了，可是他緊緊地抓住大栗色兔子的長耳朵不放。
The little brown rabbit was supposed to go to bed,but he held on tightly to the big brown rabbit's long ears and wouldn't let go.
他要大兔子好好聽他說。
He wanted the big rabbit to listen carefully to what he had to say.
他說：“猜猜我有多愛你？”
He said, "Guess how much I love you?"
大兔子說：“喔，這我可猜不出來。”
The big rabbit said, "Oh,I can't guess that."
小兔子說：“這麽多。”他把手臂張開，開得不能再開。
The little rabbit said, "This much." And he stretched his arms out as wide as they could go.
大兔子的手臂要長得多，“我愛你有這麽多。”他說。
The big rabbit's arms were much longer." I love you this much," he said.
“嗯，這真是很多。”小兔子想。
" Hmm,that's a lot," thought the little rabbit.
“我的手舉得有多高，我就有多愛你。”小兔子說。
"The higher I can hold up my hands,the more I love you," said the little rabbit.
“我的手舉得有多高，我就有多愛你。”大兔子說。
"The higher I can hold up my hands,the more I love you," said the big rabbit.
這可真高，小兔子想，我要是有那麽長的手臂就好了。
That's really high, thought the little rabbit. I wish I had such long arms.
小兔子又有了一個好主意，他倒立起來，把腳撐在樹幹上。“我愛你一直到我的腳趾頭。”他說。
The little rabbit had another good idea.He stood on his head and put his feet against the trunk of the tree." I love you all the way to my toes,"he said.
大兔子把小兔子抱起來，甩過自己的頭頂：“我愛你一直到你的腳趾頭。”
The big rabbit picked up the little rabbit and swung him over his head." I love you all the way to your toes," he said.
“我跳得多高就有多愛你。”小兔子笑著跳上跳下。
"The higher I can jump, the more I love you," said the little rabbit, laughing as he jumped up and down.
“我跳得多高就有多愛你。”大兔子也笑著跳起來，他跳得這麽高，耳朵都碰到樹枝了。
"The higher I can jump, the more I love you,"said the big rabbit, also laughing as he jumped. He jumped so high that his ears touched the branches.
這真是跳得太棒了，小兔子想，我要是能跳得這麽高就好了。
That's an amazing jump, thought the little rabbit. I wish I could jump that high.
“我愛你，像這條小路伸到小河那麽遠！”小兔子喊起來。
"I love you as far as this path reaches the little river!" shouted the little rabbit.
“我愛你，遠到跨過小河再翻過山丘！”大兔子說。
"I love you as far as across the little river and over the hills!" said the big rabbit.
那可真遠，小兔子想。
That's really far, thought the little rabbit.
他太困了，想不出更多的東西來了。
He was so sleepy that he couldn't think of anything else.
他望著灌木叢那邊的夜空。沒有什麽比黑沉沉的天空更遠了。
He looked at the night sky beyond the bushes.Nothing was farther than the dark sky.
“我愛你一直到月亮那裏。”說完，小兔子閉上了眼睛。
"I love you all the way to the moon," said the little rabbit,and then he closed his eyes.
“哦，這真是很遠。”大兔子說，“非常非常的遠。”
"Oh,that's really far," said the big rabbit."Very,very far."
大兔子把小兔子放到用樹葉堆起來的床上，他低下頭來親了親小兔子，對他說晚安。
The big rabbit put the little rabbit on the bed made of leaves. He bent down and kissed the little rabbit and said good night to him.
然後他躺在小兔子的身邊，微笑著輕聲地說：“我愛你，一直遠到月亮那裏，再從月亮上回到這裏來。”
Then he lay down beside the little rabbit, smiled and said softly," I love you all the way to the moon and back."
